[Discussion] The end of today's Nanatsu no Taizai episode.

Warning spoilers for those who haven't seen episode 11 and have not read ahead in the manga.

At the end of the episode there was a boy reading to what seemed like Gowther in his armour. Do you guys think this is going to signal the end of the canon material.

I'd really be disappointed if like Ao No Exorcist and AgK, the NnT anime went off on some anime only material.

What do you guys think.

I heard chibi reviews ***** about how gowther was introduced during the current arc when (spoilers duh) he's supposed to appear in the next arc.

Having caught up to the manga, that scene in question (the one you are talking about) is not in the manga. Chibi does have fears that the current arc will be mixed with the next arc just because of that scene.

But Imo, Just because gowther is supposedly introduced earlier on, that doesn't mean that the story will go anime original. It is true that the studio has left out a few points that are important or have altered them (like the necklace).

I guess we will have to wait and see
