A Kage-Bushin clone disappears once its hit or inflicted damage upon. The Naruto who is lying on the ground right now has been punched and kicked several times by Sasuke, in other words, it cannot be a mere clone. Sasuke will stop his attack. In the end, Sasuke may be unable to kill Naruto. To this he will stop this attack and not kill Naruto, rather move away. Why this is possible even though Sasuke is so determined to do this is that even Itachi wasn't able to kill off his best friend, neither his brother. That and Sasuke isn't alike Itachi in that way, in the same manner as last time Sasuke didn't kill Naruto because he didn't want to be alike Itachi. Sakura / Kakashi jumps in. They were shown in the latest chapter for a reason, last time Kakashi didn't make it in time. Maybe he will this time, or maybe Sakura will? How they'll stop them may vary depending on who or if its both of them that shows up. Naruto says something. Naruto may utter some words that will cause Sasuke to stop in his tracks. A hug. When Naruto was fighting the darkness within himself, he beat it, not by power, not by words, but by showing himself that he wan't alone. By showing his inner darkness that someone was there for himself. Sasuke is determined to be alone, no matter what. So he may do something alike with Sasuke. For example, last time they fought Sasuke stabbed Naruto with the Chidori. This may repeat itself, though this time Naruto will embrace him in a hug.

Actually, don't you think Naruto could spin around and headbutt him using kyuubi's chakra over his head? That would explain the headband.

I'm going with a mixture that Naruto utters some words and that Sasuke will stop his attack. I think the Kage Bunshin feint is unlikely too at this point.

I'd like to see Kakashi intervene. A little redemption as to not making it last time but Naruto seemed like he wanted him to stay out so he may respect those wishes.

a kage bunshin is impossible , but because of the reasons you mentioned !!! a kage bunshin can last longer if the user is godlike powerful !!! there are lots of proofs that KB lasted even after a hit !
