Before i explain take a look at both these pictures the 1st one from chapter 504 page 15 and chapter 590 page 16-17(last page). P.S sorry if the picture doesn't show but if it doesn't show then refer to the pages mentioned.
Do you notice? well if you don't let me explain. As you can hopefully see in both images you'll see a similarity between the 1st pic and the last pic the 1st pic is from the confining the jinchuriki arc where naruto met his mum who explained about the kyubi attack and naruto's mom and dad's brave decision to sacrifice their lives saving the village and naruto from the kyubi by sealing it in naruto.
As you can see in the part where it shows kushina about to dissappear it looks similar to what we saw in chapter 590 where itachi was about to dissappear and with the time he had left he told sasuke about the uchiha massacre and just before he dissappeared he told sasuke he'll always love him which is similar to what kushina told naruto before she dissappeared and the reason why i believe that itachis last words and the hug will either change sasuke's mind about destroying the leaf or get rid of most of his hate is because if you remember in the confining the jinchuriki arc naruto discovered he had a dark version of him self which was full of hate basically it was the polar opposite of naruto which came as a shock to him cause he feels that he didn't feel any hate but was oblivious to his feelings deep down until when as i said his mother appeard and told him about the attack on the leaf and when she dissapeard and he had clarity he said that he now felt at peace cause he now knows that his parents loved him which mirrors the end of 590 when itachi told sasuke for the 1st time that he loved him which by the look on sasuk's face sasuke felt that itachi probably didn't love him like he would expect as itachi was his elder brother and so i feel that when itachi dissappears sasuke might feel like a weight had been lifted of his shoulders now that he understands that actually the leaf didn't want harm to come to the uchiha clan but itachi had no choice but to assainate them otherwise there could have been a civil war which if this happened would have left the village vulnerable to atttacks from other villages who'd use this to their advantage.
