The current madara that is summoned is not fully edo some part of his body is still not edo.
Madara has hashirama's head attached on to him this partis not his edo body . If naruto's attracked focussed on this part/head he can turn that head into a tree using his biju mode.

Yaa that's what I thinking.But I have no clue or proof.Madara too know abot edo tensai .He know that it is not possible too resurrect him with his prime and havin senju cells. So I think that first kabuto resurrected his prime and Injected senju cells. That's why Madara asked ''Did you done something to this body''

i think so
i think the poison was kabuto's backup in case he couldn't control edo madara anymore
and in order for kabuto to breakout of izanagi itachi said kabuto has to use his own power
kabuto will want obito and madara to use their own power and not hashi's
