There is actually easiest way to defeat Tobi. since Kakashi & tobis eyes techniques goes to same dimension & Tobi used the other dimension as his hiding place.

all Kakashi have to do is Kamui one of Narutos KM clone & send it to that Dimension so when Tobi transfers some part of his body into other dimension then the Naruto KM clone(in that dimension) can rasengan his hand, head, leg, Ass whatever part of his body is transfered into that dimension.
while the real Naruto fights Tobi in this Dimension the KM clone will own Tobi whenever Tobi Transfer his body parts in other dimension.
