Remember that tussle Sasuke and Rock Lee had waaay back in Part I? Sasuke could see all over Rock Lee's moves yet kept getting hit by them.

I like how you act like this wasnt the fastest most devastating attacks ever launched in the manga.
Im not sure if anyone could dodge those attacks. Sasuke nor naruto probably couldn't get away from them either jut try and tank it like madara was doing.

Gai was moving very fast thats why dodging was useless. Specially at this point in the manga before he got another powerup.

Another thing is Manga stream translation says flying...so idk why you are trying so hard.

Guy was speed blitzing madara, He was distorting space for gods sake. Alot of people can't react to such speeds. Even if you can sense something what good is it if your body can't react fast enough to dodge?
