I just thought of an short idea that could possibly get the 5 Kage killed along with some major Jonin-level ninja and leaving nearly every jinchuuriki near death with simple ease with the help of an Akatsuki member, Hidan. With this, it would cause chaos throughout the whole Shinobi nation......
What if Hidan used Sasori's spies (or just any old spy) so that they would take blood samples of major jonin level ninja or Kage level ninja? The excuse could be something like a "medical checkup." In order not to arouse suspicion, the blood should be collected within certain time intervals of week(s) or so. Then, after Akatsuki has collected all the blood they want, they would just get Hidan to do his ritual multiple times for each blood sample and stab himself until everyone of those ninja are dead? Just some food for thought
