[Theory] The descendants of Hagoromo and Hamura

The puppets Sasori uses keep their chakra, at least part of it, and that is why he can use their abilities. I believe this was stated somewhere in the battle between him and Chiyo.

My theory portion of it is that Uzumaki are a branch of the Senju, and that Kaguya(the clan) are the descendants of Hamura.

I suspect the Kaguya clan predates them all
it is Kaguya's [the lady] clan before she ate the fruit
After eating the fruit she became something more

I been saying this for the longest time.... only people who like symmetry like to make the claim that hamura had two children cause sage had two ¬¬..... not manga facts only speculation... yes you make more sense!

Chakra is not infinite, the chakra of the dead bodies should have been depleted long time ago. These bodies acted as an interface, they transformed Sasori's chakra somehow in order to match their types and have the output.

This reminds me that Naruto has the ability to match the chakra of Kyuubi with others, I don't see a reason against the posibility of his chakra matching Ashura's.
