The defeat of Kaguya, reveal of Hamura, and "battle" between Naruto + Sasuke
Okay. So I just thought of this super theory my friends and I conjured based off of the recent chapters. Without a further ado, here it is U_U
Part One: Hamura
Part Two: Final Battle Between Naruto and Sasuke
Tell me what ya' think about my theory! I know it's long and seems unlikely but I really feel as if this is somewhere Kishi could take his story while making it enjoyable for everyone!!!

Okay. So I just thought of this super theory my friends and I conjured based off of the recent chapters. Without a further ado, here it is U_U
Part One: Hamura
We all know Hamura and Hagoromo fought their mother (the Juubi) who wanted to regain her chakra lost to her when the two were born.
Now, unfortunately, that's all we get on Hamura. He simply seems to disappear after Kishimoto reveals these little details about him.
I believe that Hamura is NOT talked about because he, in some shape or form, was absorbed by the Chibaku Tensei that Hagoromo created to withhold the Juubi.
Now, the question is; why was Hamura absorbed as well? I believe it's because of the astounding power of the jutsu, that it was so strong, it either had to suck up Hagoromo or Hamura, and Hamura chose himself to be the one that was sacrificed. Remember, it became the moon, which is much bigger than Pain's.
While inside of the "moon" Hamura was stuck in there with the Juubi. He ultimately learned that it was his mother Kaguya that merely wanted her chakra back.
Confused, Hamura asked her why she was so hell bent on getting her energy back. She revealed to him that she needed it in order to combat a threat that wiped out her world.
^This place that Naruto and company are at now, I believe that this is her home world, and that castle in the background is vitally important to the theory later on so just hold on.
Now, Zetsu was created before the Juubi was sealed away. It carried his mother's will, which when combined with the Juubi's malicious chakra, turned him black. I mean, why else would White Zetsu, who was created from Hashirama, a pure human being, be the neutral color he is?
Back to Hamura. He became sentimental during his mother's wish of not seeing this planet destroyed like her other one, so he agreed to help her. Somehow, she used her Byakugan powers to project his chakra into the Black Zetsu onto Earth, thus merging Hamura and Black Zetsu. This is another reason why Black Zetsu refers to himself as Kaguya's child and viz translations say, "She gave birth to him".
From there, he carried out Kaguya's dirty work, turning Ashura and Indra against each other and tampering with the stone tablet left behind to try and spur about the Rinnegan so Kaguya could be reborn again.
But, we have to re-wind. Back to before Hamura and Hagoromo fought the Juubi. I believe Hamura had a wife and children that Hagoromo did not know about. Also, I believe it was forbidden for Hamura to have kids because he might've been the religious leader of their country or whatever. This furthermore points to why nothing is mentioned about Hamura, because his brother thought he was sealed and had no lineage!
For people who say Hagoromo would know if he had nephews, this scan right here proves you wrong
As for Hamura's kids, I think that he had two, both boys. They eventually lead to the Uzumaki and Hyuga clan. This is why the Hyuga clan is referred to as ancestors to the Uchiha and likewise, Uzumaki and Senju! This becomes essential because Black Zetsu sent Sasuke away in the last chapter!
Now, Kishimoto also did this because, if Black Zetsu really is Hamura, than Naruto would be a descendant from him, thus breaking the cycle of hatred and ending Naruto and Sasuke's fight. So only Naruto would need to have this knowledge which comes into play later.
I think Black Zetsu will tell Naruto about his heritage, that he is actually a descendant of him to try and sway Naruto to his side. This will almost work but Obito will come and snap Naruto out of his emotional haze.
It will be like when Naruto saved Obito from himself when the Allied Shinobi Alliance was trying to pull the Tailed Beast out of him.
This will also come in handy because the two of them will manage to further weaken Kaguya by "pulling" Madara out like they did the Bijuu. Then it would be Madara, Naruto, Obito, and ultimately Sasuke (when they get him back) against Kaguya.
They will manage to seal her and defeat Black Zetsu. Madara will become good. They will all return to the real world where they will face the alien threat along with the Kages and revived Shinobi Alliance. This will probably be another arc as well.

This will have to occur after the "other" threat is handled which would see a team-up of Madara, Obito, Naruto, Sasuke and the Edo Kages.
This battle has been a long awaited point for many Naruto fans. Their first battle was epic and had everything you could want in it.
Unfortunately, though. They will not battle again.
After Naruto discovers he is of Uzumaki bloodline and therefore cannot be a descendant of Ashura. He will wonder how he is still suppose to end this cycle.
Well, the answer is quite easy actually!
Naruto will allow Sasuke to become Hokage. He will site his own inconsistencies and childish behavior and dreams as not being Hokage material.
Plus, in Kishimoto's most recent interview, he said that he always wondered what would happen if Sasuke became Hokage.
This would also put the Uchiha, or Indra bloodline, at the top where they wanted to be at the very beginning. Madara and Obito will help Sasuke recreate their clan.
Orochimaru will also rule alongside Sasuke as his helper sort of like Shizune and Tsunade. This way, Orochimaru finally accomplishes his dream which was to become Hokage.
Naruto will venture off and become a hermit somewhere like Jiraiya.

TL;DR:
- Black Zetsu is Hamura
- Hamura had two children that lead to the Uzumaki clan and Hyuga clan
- Naruto and Obito will free Madara from Kaguya which will weaken her severly
- Together, all four of them (including Sasuke who is brought back someway), will defeat Kaguya
- Naruto and Sasuke will NOT fight
- Naruto will allow Sasuke to become Hokage so as to end the cycle of hatred between Ashura and Indra (Sasuke wouldn't know Naruto's not a descendant of Ashura and really a descendant of one of Hamura's children)
- There will be an arc centered on Madara, Naruto, and Obito battling aliens
- Naruto will become a hermit like Jiraiya
