What darkness is Sasuke referring to? Could it maybe be that Zetsu knew the true means of Madara's guidance and could see through it? What darkness could he see? EMS could be like Naruto's chakra mode with the Yang (or Yin i duno) with bringing life, but EMS being the opposite?

actually translators at *********** translated it as'These eyes can see fine in darkness',,,,,,sounds correct to me.....Sasuke seeing darkness in people like naruto dont make any sense......he is dark himself
I am going to highlight this post, because it solves the problem.

Considering the linked version of the manga says "This eyes..." instead of these eyes or this eye, there is at least one translation mistake in that frame already.

It could be a figurative meaning. And not Literally the darkness they are in.

It seems to me that the correct translation is "these eyes can see fine in the darkness."

If that's the case, its pretty obvious to me that he is referring to his own dark path. Sasuke has referred to himself as 'living in the darkness' and admits he can never be turned back to the good side. For that reason, I think its obvious that he's simply referring to his eyes being able to see perfectly fine, in a world where only darkness awaits him. Simple IMO.

...I don't know why it is simple to us but not to some others.
