Advantage: Stops random speed rushed, EIG and Swift spam. Also it slows down projectiles and such to give me more time to react. It's almost instantaneous since it can keep up with EIG and Swift.
Dis: If fire used on me while this is active I would burn quickly.

Question: Does it slow down regular speed opponent to low speed? Also can it be used to slow down other incoming jutsu?
