If some people would actually read the manga they would be able to clearly see that karin did absolutely postively nothing in changing the outcome of the sasuke vs danzo fight. She tried to tell him how iznagi worked but sasuke already figured it out. She tried to help sasuke when the effects of the seal took hold and she got kicked quite easily and there she's out. She told him sasuke that is the real danzo but danzo was effected by it. She healed sasuke after their fight was considered over. Danzo even admitted he lost way before karin healed sasuke.

If you read the manga, sasuke already knew, plus karin was a blockade for sasuke because she was held hostage. And still sasuke beat danzo

Every time people say Danzo can use KA. He cant coz KA was an order that was given to the other Mangekyo Sharingan eye of Shisiu to protect Konoha. Not both eyes possess the KA thats why Itachi safeguard the other eye
