Ashura and his descendants were also prone to the 'curse of hatred' like the Uchiha

But the reason BZ failed with Senju is because the hatred that Uchiha experienced came from the strength of their chakra which in turn affected their mental energy.

In Senju and Uzumaki's case the only way their chakra could influence their mind in the same manner would be as a jinchuuriki. Kurama's chakra corrupted Naruto's mental state which led to numerous rages comparable to Taka Sasuke.

The bijuu and dojutsu are both catalysts that allow Kaguya's will to manifest in the users because they contain a direct piece of her chakra. Physical and mental energies are what chakra constitutes of, meaning if you have bijuu chakra or Sharingan chakra then you also possess a direct piece of her mental and/or physical energy.

Indra inheriting Sharingan was a genetic factor which would mean so are the side effects of the dojutsu. His descendants and him were all prone to mental instability like Kaguya because the Sharingan's chakra was originally part of the power that enthralled the Sage's mother.

The Uchiha's genetic condition made it seem like they were cursed because it's been passed down since Hagoromo's birth with no explanation as to why (until BZ betrayal). In reality it's not a curse and just a condition that can be treated naturally with ninshu and some Hashirama Kush...

I personally think BZ could've succeeded with Senju but only had he focused on giving them hateful bijuu like Kurama and Son Goku. But the rate of success would still be nowhere near the Uchiha because the forrest dwellers retained Hagoromo's values and lacked the same level of Yin that dojutsu users wield.

Through Ashura's teachings and by not having bijuu chakra as their natural power, the Senju avoided the corruption of the mind that occurs when one possesses a piece of Kaguya's power. You could argue that Ashura's lack of chakra genes made his descendants stronger. :hint:

P.S : Sorry for repeated use of words like "chakra" and "mental energy", I'm trying to avoid terms like 'Yin' and 'Yang'

This is what I've been disappointed in you so far. You always had used "chakra chakra chakra" "yin yin yang" to the point it got extremely over wanked. Naruto series is more than that, understand it's majesty and the true motive kishimoto is trying to pass onto it's viewers.

OT:- Creative point. Cleared some doubts. It's fascinating to find that asura was also under the curse but it was due to thier own inability and lack of strength that they got saved, just like the broken finger possessing king got saved from live sacrificing cannibals in an old story.

It's a real curse, and it's preventable. The issue wasn't necessarily the hatred, but just the sensitivity of the user and the power that came along with the Sharingan.

Tobirama had misconceptions. The condition isn't entirely a curse, as seen when Obito and Sarada awoke their eyes from something positive, meaning their Sharingan's are feeding off of a positive energy. Any kind of emotion can cause the Sharingan to awaken, however in the case of the Mangekyo...I don't know.

The curse of hatred isn't even dangerous in my opinion. It's usually focused on what took their love away and isn't really far from what humans in our world feel today. Uchiha's are just more likely to break out of the shell of "Better stay loyal to the ninja world or else", which makes them seem less moral.
