So guys this only made sense, that the creator sword lost to the destroyer sword that breaks all creation.

Now I would like you to provide proof for this.

"Killing of shinobi isn't what it's made for." ... hence why it lost to the sword that is MEANT for breaking all creation... So there is no " of Obito lost because he didn't have the Sage's power".. no.. The sword of PS is simply superior.

It doesn't say it directly, but it implies by saying the Sages emotions dwell inside of it. By that understanding/anime logic the sword shouldn't work because it conflicts with his emotions. By saying it's surperior in power maybe? But MAdaras PS couldn't break HAshirama Shinsuusenju so it's not really powerful enough to break all creation. So like you said it's possible the power of the Sword is only able to create. But it's also equally possible the Sages emotions stop the sword to it's full potential. I think Maybe Naruto will use this sword, in the final battle.

Highly false. The only reason the Buddha got even damaged was due to the swords.... The swords did their job. Which was attacking the hands.. and they succeeded. However, Madara himself couldn't keep it up =]

Excellent theming on Kishi's part, maybe it's supposed to foreshadow that Sasuke is still the opponent of Rikudou's Will?

I do think Obito lost because his Will started to diminish though.

Highly false, just because the will of the sage dwells in it.. does not mean its created from his SOUL.... The manga doesn't dictate anything about the sword being weaker in Obito's hand.. It just talks about the sword as a sword..

And "couldn't break the buddha"... because the attack couldn't reach the buddha..... there is something called "range"... Anything in the swords range that PS's sword attacked got destroyed.... Notice how the buddha itself wasn't attacked.. because of its hands...

Sadly, the sword made no connection to Obito's will.
