People are making threads saying that Juubi is the source of chakra. Because of this they got doubts about the existence of the humans and natural entities who also contains chakra.
Let me tell you that the Sage Hagoromo Ootsutsuki was the one who unveiled the secrets of chakra and Ninjutsu. He was the first to see that chakra exists everywhere in every being and then he taught others these concepts.
How was this possible?
This was possible for the sage only because of the chakra from the fruit his mother ate which then was passed on to the sage.
His teachings lead the God Tree towards hell because as Madara said, Humans stole chakra from the God Tree.
Because of the Sage whose intention was to bring peace to human kind lead the God Tree to bring chaos to the world because of human's indifferent behavior.
Juubi initially gave a damn about the human wars. But the sage with his teachings dragged the Juubi in this wars unintentionally.
That is why Juubi had a grudge against the Sage and cannot stand the Shinobis in the world.
Why the Juubi was targeting Naruto?
According to me, the Juubi initially sensed the hidden Bijuus' chakra which was originally its own chakra and then assumed the Sage in Naruto. The one leading the other Shinobis with his own strength similar to the Sage.
