you can only use any techniuqe once
however the only exceptions are special abilities like the sharingan's forseeing ability and copying ability
exmple i use water style dragon jutsu, you sharingan copy attack water style dragon jutsu... then that jutsu is no more this way it'll end a useless cycle...
so you can use weapons to counter enemy technique
taijutsu, and jutsu ,genjutsu
so jutsu you can only use once
while weapons are the only exception to this rule.
special abilty technique can be used once.
so sharingan ameratsu one and done, sharingan coppy jutsu once
oh whoever uses a jutsu last wins
and receive a rep.
