*nods her head lightly as a 'your welcome' as he couldn't see her smiling* thanks for distracting them. *she turns to search the black van*...what are you doing here anyway, copper?Chris looks over towards the black van, his gun pointed there, but the men were dead already, slumped over the edge of where they were standing; he sighs with relief. After reloading his gun, he walks around the crate and towards the van, he sees the woman from before.
"Thanks."
You went to investigate, the noticed your presence and attacked you, you had to pull the trigger? Say you distracted them by throwing something towards the boxes, hence there a bullet holes over there while you went behind and got them. *she shrugs lightly, turning away from the van, not finding what she wanted, and returning to the unconscious prisoner in shock, removing the bag on his head* can I leave all this to you then?He holsters his gun and then looks around with a shrug. He speaks sarcastically;
"I Dunno, bad guys just come running to me."
He then walks over to the van and pulls the bodies from it, looking inside for anything he could use.
"So, how am I going to explain to the lads all this, if I let you go?"
*shrugs* 'tis what I do. you can work out the kinks to fit you. I have a funny feeling this won't be the last time we meet, but I'm not sticking around for you to call back up.*putting the man into the recovery position so he can breathe easily and she gets up to start walking away, back the way she came, waving behind her* It's just a small scratch, sure it'll heal soon, nice to have a few scars to tell a story...have fun with the paper work."God, that was quick thinking to me something still sounds fishy, though I was in this whole mess..."
Chris sighs and looks around, remembering that his phone was in the car.
"I guess so, just wait here I left my mobile in the car, got two messages to read. And again, sorry 'bout the nose."
After an hour or so a man dressed in a copper Attire walks in with a case, he looks around and spots the forensics officers and places the case on a table.*After arranging all the bones she had, Emily passed over to Laura who continued scanning the remainder of the bones as she started running the various ways the wounds could be been caused through the system. No need to facially reconstruct or run through missing persons as they've already identified the bodies*
*notices the man walking in, wary of Laura still being present in the room* Thanks Mike, I'll get them arranged and scanned as soon as possible. no trouble I hope? *she walks over to take the case*After an hour or so a man dressed in a copper Attire walks in with a case, he looks around and spots the forensics officers and places the case on a table.
"Got the pieces you needed, though there weren't many."
His voice was raspy and old. Mike.
Chris is drinking coffee in his office, doing a lot of paperwork, quickly but surely, Martin sat on the edge also doing some.
"Get this out of the way quickly, then we can move on with the good stuff."
