Well, considering that the Rinnegan could manipulate all five elements; it's not far-fetched to say that he could combine all five into one element.

I have no way of knowing whether it was Limbo or Ringa. The Ringa mis/translation was in 666 if anyone has the Raws (I used to have a link to the Raw but it doesn't lead to anything now) and speaks japanese. Given what happened to Madara it's kind of a moot point anyway but it might have been a teaser like all the other "that jutsu"s. I'm inclined to think I was caught on the wrong end of chinese whispers but I liked the idea that Madara was a sage of five paths or could mix all five elements.

It's limbo, that's what it is in the official translation by viz also. Limbo Hengoku is the full name. Don't know what the hengoku part is, nor do I remember if viz had the hengoku part in their translation either, but I am certain that they used limbo the multiple times that madara used that jutsu.

This may not be canon but Shisui activates Susanoo with one Mangekyo. He also activates Itachi's MS. When Itachi first shows his MS it looks more like Shisui's than the MS of Itachi that we are more familiar with. Itachi seems to do the same thing to activate Sasuke's MS which in turn at first appears like Itachi's before becoming more personalised to Sasuke.

The timing of the release for this video and the information on Shisui's MS makes me think that Kakashi might in turn develop his own unique MS now that he has expended the gift from Obito. Both Itachi's and Sasuke's eyes evolved from similar gifts. Although Kakashi isn't an Uchiha I don't see any biological barrier to him developing a new MS given that he's already shown that neither Uchiha blood nor an Uchiha transplant are requirements. The video looks like its canon rather than filler but I suppose that's debatable.
