Your title says the coolest, when you are asking for the strongest. The coolest would be Neji, then closely followed by Lee for me. Strongest would be Chouji, then Neji, and then Lee.

Sakura is hands down the strongest after Naruto and Sasuke. Cannot deny that. The only way Lee beats her in strength is if he opens the 8th gate, but that would be stupid considering it would only last a few moments and it would be suicide. Saying Lee is stronger than Sakura due to the 8th gate is equivalent to saying Deidara is stronger than Sasuke due to the C4 Karura. But that's not right. Suicide techniques don't ever count for strength.

Imo opinion I think she's also cooler than the other Konoha 11, excluding Naruto and Sasuke. Then Neji, then Lee.
