Ranking people is not about match ups....

For instance.... if Minato is ranked 7th and Itachi 8th doesnt mean that Minato would win against Itachi for sure..... to me it means that Minato is overall stronger than him and thus would succeed more at defeating any kind of oppopent thrown at him.

I merely used Itachi and Minato here... i'm not starting a war as i feel like this fight could go either way as they are both just rediculously powerful without being given power ups from outside sources, the only one to have reached such high height in the same way is Hashirama.

By given power ups i mean ;

-Taking people's power and infusing them into yourself (Kabuto)
-Sticking Hashirama's cells to you thus unlocking the Rinnegan or nearly undying MS (Madara and Obito)
-Bijuus ( Naruto and Bee)
-EMS (Sasuke and Madara)

2- Current Madara (with Hashirama's cells)

Sasuke has surpassed Itachi IMO. He has all Itachi has but eternally.

Obito doesn't really have the bijuus. Madara is better than Hashirama simply because of rinnegan.

Kabuto's Edo army should be taken out. It's not really a skill per se, it's waaaayy too overrated as a jutsu. I mean minor characters like Kankuro has sealed Edo's away. Any descent Kage/Sage level shinobi with Fuuinjutsu should be able to seal multiple Edos at once.
Hiruzen in his prime was called the "god of Shinobi and the Professor", so said by one of the Legendary Sannin, Orochimaru (who should be top 10/15 easy).
Madara managed to survive the battle with Hashirama. Hashirama was able to subdue the power of the Kyuubi whilst battling EMS Madara and defeating him.
Tobirama was so power at Suiton that he could pull water out of the very air. He started the Military Police Force, Anbu Black Ops, and survived the First Shinobi War, and nearly made through the Second as well. He is the inventor of Edo Tensei, that's like Einstein predicting black holes in his theory of special relativity!
He was able to sense his enemies by touching the ground with one finger.
The only reason he died was because he sacrificed himself in order to save his students.
The Third Raikage was so strong that he was able to fight an army of shinobi for three days.
The Second Mizukage and Tsuchikage were so skilled and powerful that no one could defeat them. Their own battle ended in a draw because they both died, meaning both were victorious and defeated simultaneously.
There are more examples I could make (like Jaraiya's battle with Pein and the powers he exhibited) but I think I've made my point.
You're simply looking at jutsu and not at accomplishments and skill.

I think we should make the most accurate top ninja list together. Imma lay down the basics, but I need feedback and good, fact supported discussion. We can make it as long as possible, but I started with ten.

I'm not sure where to put Obito or Kakashi, because Kamui cancels each other out. Need Help!

I did not include Edo Madara, because we could say edo for any other ninja couldn't we?

Obviously Rikudou Sennin, his sons and such are not included.

Sandaime Raikage could take Bee, how's Hiruzen top 15? He's top 30. Minato 11-15 sounds about right. Hashirama > Madara, Madara achieved his rinnegan when he was an old man who was basically on life-support after what Hashirama did to him. Sasuke being in top 10 just doesn't feel right to me, but that's just my opinion

EMS Madara fodderized Muu + Onoki, but he is Madara, of course.
What have we seen Hiruzen in his prime do? We're using the Hiruzen we've seen, and that Hiruzen himself said that nobody in the village was as powerful as Orochimaru (including himself, prior to Edo Tensei). At least we've seen Tobirama display that he was a sensor.

hashirama is simply better than madara because his strongest tech which is perfect susano was already countered by hashirama in the past.
