Uzumaki canonically are from the Senju blood. So yes there is cannon info that negates the theory, but the excuse of "No one knows" is applied to that also.

Theory would mean i'm making a assumption. Though I'm going with the manga saying Uzumaki are from the Senju lineage.

Just because what you believe in is a theory, does not mean the other is a theory also.

The thing is, where the Uzumaki come from was never stated. So saying they have to come from either the Elder or younger son would be speculation. The ideal with the name stated in the past chapter does not mean it was his full name. All that was said was that he was the son of the princess who ate the fruit. This does not disprove their theory. There is also nothing however for the people who support the theory to use for proof on this matter either. So as said before, it is all speculation. Not set in stone, if you will.

I didn't support this Uzumaki theory then and I don't support it now. If Kishimoto does head down this path, then it'll be no surprise as this guy writes on the fly while passing shit down the toilet. BUT this latest chapter did nothing to refute claims made by this theory's proponents. It's better to wait it out.

Uzamaki is related to the sage as much as the sarutobi clan is related to the sage.

He is the father of all clans.

It just started from uchiha and senju.

When the brothers branched out and mingled with outsiders, that is when the name uzamaki came to be. <-----just like the rest of the clans.

Maybe this thread should have been called, "The Desire to Find Closure of All SO6P Uzumaki Arguments".

All these assumptions and conclusions are based on gut feelings, intuition, speculation and opinion.

None of us can see any further into the author's mind than what he is willing to put on the page.

Yet, we are all happy to imagine a Narutoverse where our favorite character(s) is(are) linked to the SO6P or some other ancient Japanese legend or mythical beings. That's ok!
