The closest person would be Hiruzen....i mean if hiruzen got some of that KM from Naruto, he would be almost there

okay, well with that in mind, if you make Hiruzen the juubi jinchuuriki, wouldn't that be alright, and seeing as Hiruzen was praised as being the God of the Shinobi world (or the ninja who new almost every ninjutsu or watever) that he would also know how to release the 8 gates?
