The clans with the most relation to Kaguya are close to extinction except Hyuuga.

The Senju, Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Kaguya clans have all either gone extinct or have been brought extremely close to extinction. I think Black Zetsu has something to do with this, maybe he planted fake evidence in Konoha of negative actions Uchiha did to make the villagers distrust the Uchiba even more. Maybe the Hyuuga were spared because they remind BZ of Kaguya too much. I think BZ will reveal he played a part in all of these clan's downfalls in the chapters that follow.

The kaguya clan got themselves killed when they tried to destroy the hidden mist village but you might be right about the other clans.

Possibly.IMO most of the clans bought themselves to their own ends.The Kaguya's had to fight till death for destroyinf the mist.The Uchiha story is very well known already .I wonder what actually happened to the Uzumaki and the senju though:dunno:

Was the Senju clan really extinct or close to extinction? Just because we haven't seen or heard about them, doesn't mean they are. For all we know, there could be Senju fodders everywhere.
OT: Nah, I don't think so. If anything, BZ would be against the Hyuuga because they possessed similar abilities to Kaguya.

Good replies, just realized maybe BZ was planning on getting rid of the Hyuuga too, but he just didn't get around to it yet. Of course, all these clans could have gone extict without any help from BZ, but it all just seems too coincidental and suspicious.
