Long ago in Japan, there was a great city dubbed Fukusū. It was easily the biggest city and had the greatest political force as well. It was so great that it was visited by what are now thought of as 5 Gods. These Gods gave the people of Fukusū genetic realtering to where they became mutant-like humans and were able to manipulate a power or ability of some sort. With this power, they were meant to take over and govern the world they created. However, conflict quickly started between mutants, so Fukusū was split into 5 districts by the Gods - A, B, C, D, and E. 2,000 years later, Fukusū still exists and mutants are still being born.
Current Story:
It is the year 2020 and you are a mutant in Fukusū. You can take up multiple sides -
Neutral - A person who does not engage in combat necessarily
Conqueror - A person who is like a criminal and dominates land and territory, expands masses with entire crews, etc. There are no exact ranks for conquerors, however, the Top 3 are known as The Omega 3.
SQ - A person who is works for the SQ is like a police officer that prevents the Conquerors from harming neutrals and tries to counter their movements by jailing them. There are multiple ranks: Fodder, Lieutenant, Captain, Headmaster, Co-Chief, Chief (4 of these), Head Chief (The one leader.)
Ancient Tale - The 5 Olden Weapons.
These are ancient weapons that were gifted by the Gods, sealed away. While their existence is debated, some conquerors tend to search for these weapons. Go about that as you will. These weapons include
Doma - A golden gauntlet strapped over the fist. According to legend, the wielder can shake the very Earth with it, and augment their mutant ability.
Khronos - A golden pocket watch said to manipulate the flow of time.
Poseidon - A 3 pronged trident that extends 6 feet. With it, the user is said to control the weather.
Athena - A miniscule purple orb. Wielding this is said to grant the user a form of omniscience.
Yami - A katana with certain letters in Kanji on it. It is apparently able to control darkness and gravity.

Mutant Ability: The ability of sovereignty. This ability gives him the ability with his left eye to determine situations at a high level and predict ahead of time (clairvoyance) and the right eye gives him limited access to the minds of foes. The weaker the mind in intelligence or will determines his access, Example: This would be near impossible to pull off on an Omega 3 member or chief. Finally, he has the eye of binding on his right arm, which has the ability to "bind the material of the physical world."
