[Predictions] The Chosen One

I have this fan-fic idea which might actually come true or not......... feeling lazy to make dialogues so I will just write out what I feel. The tailed beasts are a special key to unlocking hogoromo's power. I think the chosen one who's acknowledged by the bijuus would inherit that power, "the knowledge archive" of SO6P himself. Obito and Madara didn't get it because the bijuus did not acknowledge them as the reincarnation of the SO6P, they forcefully took and sealed the bijuus, that's why didn't tell them how to unlock that power. I feel when the chakara of all the bijuus are present in the chosen one that chamber will be unlocked and some new powers no one know of will appear. The old man (SO6P) predicted a day the juubi might returns and had planned for a way to defeat it b4 he died) so expect something spectacular.....!!!!!!
