the solution is in the end of the doc. but the whole doc is answering to the critics like : human nature, dna, utopia, what should we do if we don't have to spend our days at work ? all of it is important, but you can skip to the last part of the doc to see the venus project. although I highly recommend that you watch the whole doc, maybe in many times ? like 15 minutes per day ?
