Anyways, much like the concept of tornadoes, begin by creating several tornadoes (be specific how many you make), then combine it with Fire Release: Running Fire, creating a huge hurricane. Describe how you would this in battle.

I focus my chakra, concentrating it within my throat. I then release the chakra, using shape manipulation to form several tall, wide pillars of spinning wind. When the tornadoes form, I send them in an arc formation at your clone. Once done, I release a stream of fire from my mouth, onto the ground. This races behind the tornadoes, igniting the wind tornadoes and surrounds your clone in all directions.
Id probably use this to trap a group of clones, or to create a combination attack that would make it harder to defend against.

So this is basically what you replicated.
How about if you simply add Wind to this technique to enflare the fire to surround your opponents within that? How might you use this jutsu differently then?

Well if the opponent is already caged and I used wind, it would make the flames bigger, since there is more oxygen to absorb perhaps? I could use the earth technique, "Devouring Earth" in combination, so the earth jaws rising on each side would be ignited with fire, making it harder to defend against?

I begin to focus my chakra into my left hand, and then release it forwards. When I release it, I shape it into a perfect, horizontal crescent of wind. I release two more of these really quickly. They are sent stacked above each other, to cut through the entirety of your clone's body.
So, it breaks up waterballs, especially if aimed at the center of the ball, with the intention to slice it in half. It would cause the water to disperse in opposite directions and literally chew away the force that it was propelled at. Furthermore, this is short range, meaning it can only go up to 0-5 meters.
For this next one, start by sending your chakra out in front of you to create a small gust. Make sure that the gust has equal power on either side of it. When I release my own Wind attack against you in a few moments, make sure that it is strong enough to neutralize it when I do so.

I focus and then channel my wind chakra in front of me, sharpening it until it forms a small-sized gust. The gust remains stationary for the time being. Then, I concentrate on keeping the strength of the gust consistent on both sides. As your wind technique approaches and collides against my wind, it neutralizes your attack.
Remember that such a move can only block up to B-Rank attacks.

I continue manipulating my wind, using it to force and turn back your technique. I add a little more chakra in order to strengthen the technique back up to its full original power. I then direct the technique to hit you at your legs, flipping you into the air.
Well if it's a stream, then id have to continue to neutralize the technique. Meaning, it would take longer than normal to fully redirect it?
Well, a stream and a ball differ in attack variety, of course. A stream would be more pressurized, yet smaller, while a ball has an area of effect.
Now, remember what I said about handseals and use proceed to form Tiger → Hare → Dragon.
Then summon a cyclone of Wind and aim it towards my clone. Remember to state how much power you put into this and also be specific on where you aim this.

I focus my chakra, and then perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals. I then summon a cyclone of wind, pouring chakra into it to maintain its spiral shape. I fuel it with more chakra, increasing its power. Once that is finished, I thrust the cyclone forwards, aiming it at the clone's chest area for maximum damage.
Very well done. Also, this jutsu covers a pretty wide area and is great for disrupting Lightning jutsus. It's also great for pushing back people and controlling a good area of the battlefield.
Now, proceed to take this blade and charge Wind chakra to it. And much like the slicing jutsu earlier, utilize the sword in a quick stroke downwards, syncing it with your Wind chakra to send out whirlwind gusts of winds towards my clone.

I take the blade, holding it in my left hand. I then flow my wind chakra into the blade until it reaches a deadly point. Aftwerwords, I lift the sword up, and then slash downwards. In sync with the slash, I release the gathered chakra to create a whirlwind of gusts. The gust travels about chest height, aimed to do severe damage to your clone's chest.
Getsuga Tenshou is actually a PERFECT EXAMPLE if you read Bleach. However, this jutsu is actually on a much smaller scale and you can fire multiple ones at once.
This next one is very standard.

I focus chakra into my mouth, gathering it until it reaches a sufficient amount. I then release the gathered chakra from my mouth, changing it into wind through nature manipulation. I then compress the wind into a stream to give a more solid compoisiton. I direct the stream of wind to hit your clone in the center of his chest, using it as a way to push the clone backwards due to the force.
Perfect.
Now proceed to hold your sword in front of you and charge Wind chakra into it. Release this Wind chakra in a circular motion around you and explain what kind of attacks this can defend against.
