The child of the prophesy

My thoughts on it.
Naruto is the child of the Prophesy alone, not him and Sasuke.
I believe this because, Naruto has the ideals that Kishi has been shoving down our throats. Him being the child of the prophesy is nothing more than his ideals, it has nothing to do with strength.
Both Naruto and Sasuke are going to save the world of NV.

Then after that, I believe, they will fight over who will actually become the leader, and who has the right Ideals.  This is where Naruto will be the prophesy child, he’ll win, or tie, but whatever happens he will convince Sasuke that his way is the right way and thus become the leader of the Shinobi world and change the system that relies on power.
He will be the one that creates peace though his ideals alone (impossible), not through power.

Sasuke and Naruto will be equal until they die. Why? You may ask.
Well, I believe this because of what the Sage has been saying.

No one person can become the most powerful being. Sasuke and Naruto will create balance, keeping each other from total control.
