Obviously it is him, he is the main character of the story and probably the most liked, and one of the most powerful. His determination makes him popular and valued to be the child of the prophecy.

Actually in most of the polls I've seen Sasuke is the most popular. But that's off topic lol. Of course Naruto deserves it. He has an awsome bloodline, he has an awsome adittude and he (when he matures some) will make a great leader.

Hey, I created a similar thread! "Naruto vs Pain - Child of Prophecy" - As Jiraiya had at first thought Pain was the child of the prophecy. Just check, maybe between both threads we'll reach a conclusion!
