How is everyone dealing with the winter storm? I was told I was finally getting snow in my area but that was a big fat lie :/

I got some snow on nearby hills but over all there hasn't been much snow fall in Himalayas this year. ( comparing to previous average.)

I had a getaway booked months in advance to escape the cold and snow, and what are the odds that the day I was supposed to be leaving would be a day of the beginning of a snow storm!
Long story short, my flight got canceled and so did the trip
This winter has been the worst
