Hello, @Jas here is a suggestion of mine for your discord server.
Have only three staff roles, Admin, GMod and Mod and give those three roles colours only and a separate spot on the online list. Any specialised roles (Forum Admin, Twitch Admin, etc) should be denoted by non-colour roles. These roles would act as identification only. This way all the staff members will be neatly divided into three categories neatly visible at the top of the online list. There is no need for separate colours as it would confuse people and makes the server messy.
Here is an example of what I mean:-
As of now I am having a hard time finding all the staff members as they are all over the online list.

Also, I would suggest using this as a guide to give out colours, I think there is too much red and blue in the ranking roles. You can find 20+ colours here which are distinct from one another.
