I didn't understand it. Besides, I don't have answers for personal problems. I can give personal opinion if I can figure out the issue but I'm just a moderator. You may need a professional and it won't be my place to run my mouth and mislead.
I would like to hear what you gotta say to me to this.. we know each other for years now. You wont mislead me or anything i would just like to hear what you gotta say..

I re-checked your post. I really cannot help you with that sort of problem. You should get a proper counseling to deal with trauma of abuse if any. I'm not qualified.

You really need to find some expert counseling to deal with mental trauma. Find a good one. That's friendly advise.

You can take up a constructive creative hobby, to not dwell on negative emotions. Art or craft. Reading good books- including non fiction. Travel logs. History. Whatever you may find interesting. Learn some new skill or join a gym or yoga etc. Try breathing exercises and meditation etc to help you cope. Being positive may not be easy but still one should make efforts to remain on track - in the long run it should help in moving forward.

Other than that I don't know anything helpful.

I dont have trauma.. i have different kind of problems

I always liked books. Reading stops me from dwelling on unpleasant experiences and let's me focus on other things, anyway.
