naruto is killed in VOTE during part 1 fight
naruto along with yamato, sai, and sakura are all killed in orochimaru's hideout
danzo would've lived
kage's are killed by sasuke in summit
orochimaru's revival wouldn't have took place
no orochimaru means no ET
no ET means no Edo Hokages
no Edo Hokages means the alliance would've lost the war by now
naruto would've died if it wasn't for sasuke solo sword

i can think of plenty more but that should suffice.

Minato: Responsible for the early plot existence for Naruto in terms of his, well, being alive, being a Jinjuriki, and being without parents.

Obito: Caused the death of Minato and Kushina. While influenced by Madara. Was the key person carrying out Madara's plans
