I would be fairly certain for it to likely be earlier than last week, if only slightly. The reason is people weren't certain on the time which they could get the scans so it was likely done a bit delayed.

The ppl that deliver the manga in the Stores In Japan are delaying it with 1 day ...........The ones who scan it are the ones in the store not the delivers .
