Mitsuki comes from another village...I wonder which one. He doesn't seem like a descendant of anyone we know from other villages (unless Gaara met some blue-haired girl or something lol). It's seeming more and more likely that he is Orochimaru-related. Also, that Sharingan guy was definitely either a zombie or being controlled.

Yep. I agree, this reeks of Orochimaru, but is someone using his research or is he the one behind it all. Sasuke definitely doesn't have his arm back. So, that should put that to rest.

I am confident that Sarada is an experiment. She even said who or what she is. So, she must feel like something is wrong. I just don't see why Shizune would be so defensive if that wasn't the case. Just speculation on my part though, before SS fans bombard me with, 'it was confirmed Sakura is the mom' stuff...
