Sasuke was able to gather more Intel about Ishiki and Boruto's karma seal. Apparently he is evolving very rapidly compared to Kawaki who has had the seal for years and was trained by Jigen. But Kawaki's ability to use chakra is seeming to evolve just as quickly. That's a dynamic of the karma seal resonance but there is still the question of why that is. Amado seems to know something about it. He created the means for Jigen to transfer Karma to Kawaki.
Sarada dropped a hint that Boruto's body is changing. I think everyone is downplaying the byakugo/karma connection and Boruto's rapid healing may be related to miotic regeneration. But that's hype for the next arc. The fact that Sumire was shown with Kawaki may indicate a romantic interest. That's new arc hype as well. They would be a good fit with all the scientific ninja tech they have going on. She may be the Rin to his Obito. Amado mentioned the Ten Tails. The combined form of Kaguya and the chakra tree.
