danzos wicked and shrewd mind was the root cause behind uchiha massacre and death of narutos parents.
If he allowed third to take help of uchihas to control kuruma then narutos parents would have survived and uchiha not under suspicion.
Also if he had trusted shishui then there wouldn't have been uchiha massacre.

this is almost an anime exclusive rather than simple filler however it does what filler is supposed to do: Fill in the Plot Holes of the manga; rather than just use some random (like that crazy ostrich bird ninja thing/arc.... whatever that was meant to be).

as i said: Kishi has been a part of this regarding the details surrounding Danzo and his part in the Uchiha massagre; which is an integral part of the plot.

THe fillers are upto the animators. Kishi might go far as to suggest some alterations that might not cause contradictions in the manga but thats it.
He recieves some money from the animators as they are using his work. Thats it.

Fillers are not those things that aren't shown in the manga but those which got no input from the author and which doesn't relate to the original plot. Get your facts right.
