However, I disagree with one part. The section where you mention the Scroll of Sealing being seen on the tablet of the SO6P, to be precise.
I believe that what you've highlighted as the Scroll of Sealing appears to be his arms outstretched; on the side where the staff is, he is holding a fist, whereas his hand is open on the adjacent side. You can also see that he is wearing quite loose attire, similar to a kimono and hakama. In particular, the long sleeves of his robes are hanging down from his arms.
Whilst this does look quite bizarre in terms of posture, stone tablets usually depict human figures in an exaggerated style.
