The case of Naruto's eventual Rinengan

When Obito reached inside Madara and extracted what he could of the bijuu chakra and transferred those chakra sources into Naruto, I think he also ended up giving his own chakra to Naruto. That is, some of Obito's Uchiha/Senjua chakra mixed with the bijuu chakra and that was given to Naruto. It would make sense because the bijuu chakra was temporarily in his body, it's possible it melded with his Uchiha/Senju chakra and was transferred Naruto.

B. Similar to the above, when Obito was reaching inside Madara, he also ended up extracting some of the reincarnated Indra chakra.

C. If that wasn't the case, another thing to consider: Because he carries reincarnated Ashura chakra, when Hagoromo was giving Naruto and Sasuke more power, maybe the Sage's chakra melded with Ashura's chakra (because each was given a part of Hagoromo's chakra, it's possible a mix of Indra/Ashura chakra was given to both shinobi)

D. Finally, when the bijuu chakra was put back into Naruto, they still maintained the Sage's chakra.

What I'm saying is that it's likely that Naruto has a portion of Indra's chakra and that melding with the reincarnated Ashura chakra would be key for him of unlocking the Rinnegan.

I'd say that at this point Naruto unlocking the Rinnegan should happen because it'd be key for him (the Jesus of the manga) to fight with against Madara/Shinjuu (the Satan of the manga).

In other words, the Chosen One using a godly power for peace/love/creation against evil that would use it fore war/hate/destruction.

Blackwatch, I thank you for what I consider the most intelligent response. While I admit was aiming this towards my love of the Chosen One trope, my theory isn't out of the realm because with this being the supposed last year of Naruto and how things are turning out, it's possible he will get it.
