Basic Information
Appearance:
Seera is a young girl who very much possesses her clans inherent beauty. She is 5" 6 (168 cm) and of athletic physique, long blonde (occasionally black [rarely]) hair which she often leaves loose flows eloquently down her back to just above her bottom. Her eyes are blue like the clearest of the Mediterranean oceans and sing songs of peace and harmony to any who should be fortunate enough to look upon them. Her jaw-line is strong and her eyelashes long, her nose perfect as her lips are luscious.
She wears a choice of two leather look singlets, one black and one white. They are both of the same style and will be worn with matching leggings and knee high boots of the same colour. She wears a leather jacket with a long, flowing almost cape-like back and gloves, both of which will match the colour of her chosen singlet. Her singlets all cover her neck and sometimes even extend up past her nose, her village crest located on her right thigh and Mockingbird tattoo on her right shoulder blade.
On her back sit two metal batons that she is very adept at using, these too will change colour depending on her outfit.
Personality:
Very much a free spirit, Seera Raancu Ganmi is a fan of nature. She loves animals and plants, the way they speak to each other and adapt to their environment. Nature in her eyes is both beautiful and powerful, she will often replant trees and plants that she destroys in battle to make amends to mother nature. She is a kind girl with a heart set on justice, she knows what she believes is 'right' and will go to any means to see her view upheld. Her family means a lot to her and protecting them is her world.
Prepared to give anyone a chance, Seera never judges a person by appearance and would rarely attack unprovoked even breaking mission objectives and disobeying orders should she believe what she is doing is wrong. One could also say she is a bit of a feminist

Background Information
History:
Born a Ganmi into a musically engineered Otogokure clan, Seera's tasteful talents were often over-looked as a child. She was neither special, nor important to anyone but her family. The clans musical manipulation and sound based traits passed by her, leaving her with just a taste for chakra and a need to feel the music flowing through her veins. Her parents would send her to the academy to hone her elemental skills and collect her before the school day ended as she had no instrumental talent and couldn't join in with the clans gifted guitarists and flute players, take her home for dinner and put her to bed... They did only the bare minimum but Seera knew no different. Too young to wonder, Seera didn't question whether this is how everyone was treated and went along with her minimalistic life for most of her early years.
That life changed one day however when her small village home was attacked by a rogue ninja.. Liliana. The woman torched the place, destroying everything in sight with no remorse and without even breaking a sweat. The men and women of her clan were swept aside with the flutter of an eyelash and even those who arrived to help fell prey to the woman's beauty. Never had Seera seen such beauty, and the beauty stared down at her. All around, fires raged and people screamed, but for the pair of them, time stood still. The young girls deep oceanic eyes met the red glare of the woman, they met, and never stopped meeting. It is unclear what thoughts raced through the pairs heads at that time, but for some reason, both were silent and still... statues among carnage. The day could only end one way, Liliana took the girl as her own, saving her from the flames and releasing her from her life of nothingness. Seera really knew nothing of her true abilities, but this woman tasted like nothing Seera had ever experienced before, but it was addictive and precocious, and she never wanted it to cease.
Seera stayed with Liliana for years before discovering her gifts, Liliana shared the same traits as Seera and explained to her that she was a descendant of the Ganmi clan, a clan Liliana claimed to be at the origin of. Seera stayed with her, training under her and following her at all times, Liliana became like a mother to Seera, a mother far better than Seera had known before... Seera never forgot her real parents, never learned to hate or resent them, she knew they did the best they could for her, understood now that one or both of them were not her true parents. Liliana was her every thought, Liliana was her every breath. This routine continued, Seera grew fonder and fonder. Liliana grew more and more trusting and taught the girl more and more of her secrets. When battling together one day, Seera saw something she had never seen before, camaraderie. The people they fought dressed as one, they spoke as one and fought as one, for the village that they love. Was she missing something? She loved Liliana more than anyone could love another person, but couldn't now help feeling as though she wanted more... Friendship beyond family.
She was unsure how, but Liliana sensed Seera's change of heart and with one morning, a morning like any other, she was gone. The woman Seera lived her life for was suddenly gone and left in sight... Kirigakure.
She would never forget what the woman had done for her, and wished everyday that she could see her again. But from her new home, Seera felt near complete. She grew as a person, both physically and mentally. She matured in both skill and personality. And she raised herself, both in stature and in her village. Following a friend she had made in the village, she eventually became Minister of Peace within Kirigakure's walls and worked under her friend Kakuzu, the Mizukage of the mist with all the passion she had shown Liliana for years prior. Nothing would replace her 'mother', but in Kirigakure, she had found a plug for the hole in her heart.
When Kakuzu took a break from his duties in the village, Seera took charge of the village, Mizukage of the Mist, an honour that she believed could never be usurped. Her stint was short, but more than worthwile as when her friend returned, she happily stepped aside and let him take back his throne. Upon this change, Seera left Kirigakure and went to travel the world in search of more, she hadn't seen much of the land that this earth had to offer and would love to see the plantlife and animal life that it has to offer. She headed west from Kirigakure, through her home Otogakure on the way. The village bought back memories of music and sounds, music that she truly missed hearing everyday. She hadn't enjoyed her home, but she could not forget it, the sounds it offered were compelling and spoke to Seera's heart, always had and still did... She assumed they always would. She made it her goal to achieve what she couldn't as a child, she would honour the heartfelt tunes of her homeland and find a way to use musical ninjutsu, sound in any manor.

Ganmi Clan: Seera's rank within the Ganmi clan is that of a 'Savor'. The fourth rank in the Ganmi Clan system, this gives her access to the clan's inherited ability of Taste Sensory, allowing them to pinpoint tastes and their sources with great accuracy within a radius of 500. They are able to distinguish between different people and animals, and a huge variety of different molecules and elements. They have access to more Clan's techniques.
Mockingbird Summoning Contract: As the creator of the Mockingbird summoning contract, Seera is able to call upon any of the existing Mockingbird summoning creatures to aid her in battle. The Mockingbird summoning tattoo is situated on her right shoulder blade.
Barnacle Summoning Contract: As a signer of the Barnacle contract, Seera is able to summon Barnacle summoning creatures to aid her in battle. Her two gadget barnacle summons are situated on her left and right thighs and are detailed below:
Howl and Whistle: These are Seera's personal Gadget Barnacle summons and are attached to her body at all times ready to join her. Whistle takes the form of Seera, wearing whichever of her outfits she isn't currently suiting and acting just like she would in most situations, although he can sometimes become confused easily and by strange things. Howl is far more animalistic in nature, often just attacking things for no reason; Howl takes the form of Seera, although completely naked and with sharp claw-like nails. Howl does not know Seera's true appearance in the nude, so his anatomical aesthetics are wrong in many areas.
Perfume: Seera's perfume is scented with Chocolate and a hint of orange, it is sweet on the nostrils and very alluring.. An very strong feminine aura is given off with the scent. Seera's perfume is scented this way because it is her favourite taste, and with her enhanced taste buds it is the only thing she wanted her perfume to smell/taste of.
