I don't know how it will look like, but take the Sharingan for an example.

It deserves an upgrade after how much hype it was given in part 1, IMO. At this point its pretty much shit compared to rinnegan and sharingan, which is pretty lame if you ask me. It should at least be close to them, when it was first introduced in part 1 they made it seem like it was better than a sharingan.

Although I think it would be cool if it did. I think the byakugan is powerful enough as it is. Its basically an all seeing eye that doesnt allow a lot of things get by it. It's got incredible insight, can see very far away, 360 degree, x-ray vision, allows the user to know when genjutsu is being cast, and see chakra to the point of seeing the network it flows through.

I agree with most people it doesn't really serve any purpose to get an upgrade. Byakugan is my favorite dojutsus, but its already powerful enough.
