And neji's eye's can predict sasuke's movements just like sasuke can predict his. But neji can see the chakra inside sasuke so anytime he's about to use a ninjustu or sharingan attack neji will know an defend himself accordingly. That being said one of the air palms main attribute is deflecting ninjutsu an other attacks...look it up. So with neji's eye's he'll see it coming an deflect it. Im not saying he'll win but sasuke wont win easily.

Very well put, Neji is extremely skilled in taijutsu, Sasuke wouldn't stand a chance against him. All Sasuke really has going for him is Susanoo', It's really the only think keeping his chances alive in this fight.

It sucks that Byakugan is not hyped up more, because it is an extremely versatile and useful doujutsu. But sadly everything is overlooked by the sharingan. When you stop to think about it, and really look Byakugan is awesome, it's just not hyped up like the Uchiha and the Sharingan are.

Neji would put up a great fight, but Sasuke would ultimately win. I appreciate the effort you put into this thread, but there are a few reasons for my statement.

1. Plot no Jutsu
2. Sasuke is very proficient in taijutsu as well
3. Sasuke has close range ninjutsu - chidori
4. You're ignoring the curse mark, where stage 2 makes him much more powerful and he can still use the Sharingan (and so I'd assume EMS)

But he lost hes curse mark in fight with itachi ?

Hyuga's can one shot your heart and your dead, we haven't seen this because kishi trolls the hyuga's and doesn't focus on their powerful adults the only elite hyuga's we have seen are teens.

The uchiha are only just stronger then the hyuga because it goes senju>uchiha>hyuga which is why the hyuga is the strongest in the hidden leaf right now. The uchiha are not muchhhhhh weaker then the senju the same with the hyuga and the uchiha. Kishi just doesn't have time for them

Sasuke does have quite a few powerful jutsu.

So even though the Bykugan eyes would enable him to counter the, he could be overwhelmed by an onslaught from Sasuke.

This thread is actually quite open minded as it is about re assessing the Byakugan and establishing that it's power comes from precision attacks (Byakugan combined with Gentle Fist rather than powerful ones, Strong Fist Eight Gates).

The Byakugan applieas just the right amount of chakra needed to get the job done, unlike other shinboi (unbeatable precision), that aim to complete obliterate (attacks that aim to totally destroy the opponent, Rasenshuriken).

It's like comparing Asteroth to Maxi (Not sure if you played soul calibre).

Btw I am not saying EMS is to Byakugan as Asteroth is to Maxi, but that Gentle fist combined with Byakugan is still powerful in the face of something that seemingly has more raw power than it.
