The power of neji's air palms would would stop and or defect the true spear an any other ranged attacks that sasuke has except kirin which he probably wouldnt use or be able to get off. Deflection is one of the air palms main uses if you look it up. Neji can an will counter anything sasuke can do with EMS an his only way of winning will be suasnoo or he out last him. Which want happen if he gets hit with palms.

Chidori spear would cut through the vacuum created by air palms, disrupting the vacuum and stopping it. Air palms can be dodged as well. Sasuke dodged Danzo's vacuum bullets, so he can dodge Neji's attack as well. It just comes down to Sasuke's sharingan showing what Neji's body is going to do before it happens. This was shown when Sasuke got 3 tomoe sharingan at the VotE fight. Sasuke would win with mid-high difficulty without MS. Against MS jutsu, Neji doesn't stand a chance. i agree that a byakuugan can stand a chance against a sharingan, logically. they are both legendary. and i prefer byakugan over sharingan. it's as if the sharingan is really for devastation while byakuugan is for prevention of destruction. it will be a very difficult fight, though.

If your comparing air palms to danzo's air bullets you should rethink your argument.

What you seem to not understand is that neji can see what sasuke's about to do the his muscle movement an he can see when he's going to use ninjutsu before he uses it because of the chakra build up to use the attack.

And the air palms is one motion an a wider ranged attack then the true spear. The pressure will go right around his attack an to sasuke. Unlike sasuke who has to hold out his hand for the attack, neji's attack is one palm. Neji can see every ninjutsusasuke is about to do. No eye's see ninjutsu better than the byakugan an no eye's anaylaze better. ANything sasuke's about to do neji will see it because he can see the chakra moving through sasuke. You cant say the same for sasuke. With out EMS he could lose this fight.

His not dumb as you think he is he will not go on a full taijutsu fight style with a user that block chakra chanels.. AM THINKING. HOW ABOUT A SUSANOO TAIJUTSU MATCH AGAINST NEJI? WAT DO U THINK? And i noticed you completely ignored the thread saying that the body explosion would counter amaterasu. which it will just like when nagato did a small almighty push an pushed the black flames off of him. Itll be the same effect.

If you think sasuke's taijutsu can match neji's then you should just leave the series naruto alone cause obviously its to much for you. I cant think of anyone who would beat neji in taijutsu alone(like just standing there an fighting). ANd thats what sasuke would try to do.

That being said one of the air palms main attribute is deflecting ninjutsu an other attacks...look it up. So with neji's eye's he'll see it coming an deflect it. Im not saying he'll win but sasuke wont win easily.

The byakugan give the user 360 degrees of vision meaning they don't need their eyes open. Are you sure sasuke can maintain susanoo covered in amaterasu longer then neji can maintain continuous rotations? He is ranked to have the same stamina as neji in the third databook. Which means its increased but those EMS techniques consume large amounts of chakra.

True. From my knowledge (however limited) the EMS just allows u to perform techniques without the risk of blindness - however i dont believe it stops the chakra drain. The only reason madara is able to use it continually, is a) he is meant to have massive chakra levels to begin with and b) he has limitless chakra.

I dont think that sasuke will lose just like that as there is a lot of stuff we have not seen yet - however, a lot of the points for Neji are not completely out of the question. Neji isnt going to be some pushover - as for the real result, we can only debate for now. U_U

You recall when they had a batch meeting after the pain assault in konoha? evryone is there saying only naruto can beat sasuke, even neji was there as well. his not in the same league as naruto an sasuke.. get the picture.. it not that easy just to par them w/ each other where talking about sasuke here the heir to the uchiha name and comparing with a branch out family in hyuuga clan- neji.. Go an look at or watch neji vs naruto. I agree that realistically - and practically - naruto is the one that has the greatest chance of defeating sasuke. And due to plot no jutsu - there is almost zero chance that Neji will defeat sasuke.
