the byakugan can block any tech with heavenly rotation, okay

so it can block susanno , and amerterasu. it all depends on the user's chakra.

tsukuyomi is a genjutsu the hyuga have great chakra control and can fell disturbance in their chakra so they can tell from genjutsu and disrupt their chakra easiliy.

I don't think MS>> Byakugan because it can't really be used that many times.

Itachi died after using Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo in one day, and was exhausted after using Tsukuyomi vs kakashi, and Amaterasu on the insides of the mountain toad, so they are strictly last resort attacks if you only have MS.


EMS probably > Byakugan because it can be used outside of extreme circumstances, you also get some of the powers of the transplanted eyes.

You need to realize that Neji and every other Hyuga's fighting style is entirely close range and that's a horrible fighting style to have against shinobi like Sasuke, Itachi and Madara who're MS and EMS users. The Hyuga's would NEVER get close to them to be able to accomplish anything. They need to get to the user to disrupt chakra flow and that's not happening when all 3 of them have susanoo.
