Today on the base people have been confused if sasuke has tsukyomi the answer is yes he has a powerful genjutsu, that comes from his mangekyou sharingan but in his ms days it was not as powerful as tsukyomi lets break down the brothers here itachi is highly skilled in genjutsu it came very simple to him sasuke is highly skilled in ninjutsu (chidori variants katons at a young age) therefore gaining MS amplified the brothers power tremendously in there respected field i believe you gain one ninjutsu and one genjutsu from the mangekyou sharingan being brothers and seeing as itachi gave sasuke ALL his eye techniques they have the same moves amatertsu and tsukiyomi now itachi has a very low version of blaze release which means he is able to stop the fire from burning when its said to be impossible so its just regular amatetsu not enton but he can't control the flames shape. So now flip the coin sasuke can use a genjutsu capable of learning information or paralyzing his opponents but he cant contol that persons perception of time so its just a regular genjutsu not tsukiyomi BUT by gaining ems he now has tsukyomi becasue the powers of their eyes is now combined you should also note that sasuke and itachi have different sussanos due to their different specialties and from gaining ems instead of having one long nose the final form of sasukes sussano has two making it seem like they have been combined i hope this helped!

Ur mostly right sasuke still cannot perform tsukiyomi as he is not that skilled in that field no one is not even madara thats why all of them use sharingan genjutsu and not tsukiyomi even with itachis eyes he cant perform it

Ya i like your logic.

Everyone knows that itachi has better genjutsu as he was more peaceful and sasuke has better ninjutsa as he is a warmonger.

sasukes Amaterasu is like +10 while his genjutsu is +2 and itachis genjutsu is +10 while his ninjutsu is +5 imo..

also im curious if having ems or even ms will give the user a unique ability(or a much better version of an original).. shisui kotoamtsukami seems unique or maybe a version of tsukyomi. itachis tsukyomi was on another level among uchiha and sasukes has amaterasu control which seems like no one else could compare too. and he has the bow and arrow which i think is unique to him but i think sasuke is going to pull out a tech never seen before and it will be a ninjutsu, maybe a combination of izanagi and izanami to make somthing new, like tsukyomi and amaterasu make susanoo

I dont think he does. Genjutsu isnt exactly his forte. So even if he does, itll be a sad excuse compared to Itachis

Sasuke can use an genjutsu since he can copy it thus learn it and thus have it.
