Get down from there, dude!

Anyway, what is Magnetism, and why did you choose this route?
Apologies for the delay.

Well, I believe the field has some good potential, opening up some wild ideas custom wise, especially with some clever wording... wait... I mean Magneto is pretty cool and I want to bring his character to life, plus the field can bring forth a challenging RP style.

Magnetism itself is pretty much related to magnetising objects/people and controlling magnetic fields in order to accomplish different feats such as affecting the terrain or even the opponents brain. Naturally, it has a strong connection with metal, although advanced usages branch off to iron sand and gold dust, but I aint for that fake life, OG shit only !

Alright. Let's begin, you'll just analyze the techniques, and perform them. They just like 4.

(Jishaku Ninpou: Denji Genmu) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Electric Phantasms
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A(all metal thrown at opponent hits them and causes +2 damage for each one that lands)
Description: Turns your opponent into a living magnet.

Description says it all, turn the opponent into a living attraction for ferrous metals.

Building up chakra and selecting a target, I insert my chakra into said target, causing it to gain properties of a magnet thus turning it into a magnet that attracts metals.

It's pretty self explanatory, though I have a few questions. Does it work on a Nekura? Does the chakra actually enter the targets chakra pathway or does it coat them similar to a shroud? Can it work on targets that already have a body composed of an element, like hydrification or similar? Finally, would it attract the metals naturally present in the ground, causing some hindrance and possibly blinding, or would that require a custom?

It doesn't infuse your chakra into the opponent, but like you said, its more like it changes the poles around the opponent in a sense. This allows them to attract the opposite attraction, the metal in this case. I would say, yeah, it could (though I will try and confirm this) and nah, maybe through a custom.

(Jishaku Ninpou: Mugen Inseki) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Infinite Meteorites
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will magnetize a spot behind the target ans break up nearby earth. Then the earth will attack the use since he/she is in the filed of he magnetically charged spot.

Another cool technique, where you will magnetize a spot behind the opponent, and cause the very Earth to break up into a large chunk. This is then drawn to the opponent (written user in technique, gotta fix that), as he is in the field of the magnetically charged spot. A pretty simple premise, but allows for quite some customs.

Alright gotchu.

Similar to before, I build up my chakra and focus it on a single point, specifically 3 meters to the dummy's right. The resulting event is the emergence of a large chunk of earth that rams into the dummy, breaking it into splinters.

Pretty good technique, especially since it can be created anywhere within short range of the opponent and the result would be the same. I'm guessing the chunk of earth would follow the targets if they attempt to run, right? Also, in this scenario, it could be countered by C rank lightning, due to the rocks? On a more general spectrum, I saw the Elemental S/W of Magnetism, and it had me wondering if it's weak to solid defences or was it just an elaboration?

Yeah, and its dependent on the situation, really.

(Jishaku Ninpou: Denji Genma) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Demonic Illusions
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Stops opponent from moving by messing with their minds electromagnetic fields.

A weird technique, but you will use your chakra to technically mess with the electrical signals inside the brain of a human being. This allows you temporarily halt an opponent, through electromagnetic fields. It's a touchy area, and you can't do much with the concept since it goes into the real of OP, real fast. Especially if you try and expand upon it. But its interesting nonetheless.

Applying the same method as before, I would stop the movement of a nearby clone as he is dancing and exclaim "STOP! HAMMER TIME!"

It's pretty simply but still great. Bootleg Nara! Are all customs based on it strictly banned or just heavily restricted? Also, does it affect existing techniques that the opponent is maintaining? Like let's say they had sonar skill active, or generally anything with a -5/10 or mode, would it be canceled out due to the messing with the electromagnetic fields in their head?

Difficult to say, situation based and possibly, highly restricted. And no, it doesn't.

(Jiton: Jishaku Shuriken no Jutsu) - Magnetisim Release: Magnet Shuriken Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After magnetising shuriken, The user throws them at the opponent. Anything that is hit by the shuriken is magnetised, as such it is important that the opponent dodges all of them as even deflecting them will cause their bodies to produce a powerful magnetic field, making them an easier target. Each time the magnetism is transferred it weakens. Then when the user will throw a larger square shuriken that is magnetised at their target with then can hone in on them and even follow them if they move.

After magnetizing a shuriken, you will launch them toward the opponent. Anything struck by said shuriken, is magnetized. This creates a magnetic field, which draws in a bigger shuriken, you throw. Basically makes someone a homing beacon.

*Scribbles notes*
Once again, I channel my chakra, this time into a bunch of shuriken in my position. Folowing that I would throw the shuriken towards a wooden dummy, creating a magnetic field as a result. Finally I would throw a large shuriken upwards, at an angle. Upon reaching its apex, it would suddenly change direction and head towards the dummy, cutting it in half.

Alright, I have a bunch for this one. Namely, how big is the magnetic field? Up to mid range? So if it hits multiple targets it would be multiple mid range fields overlapping. So having multiple hits could be troublesome. Combining it with other weapon techniques would be nice. I was wonderig, could this be used to affect steel release techniques, like sending them back towards the opponent/magnetised spot. If yes till what rank?

Also at what rate does the magnetic field get weaker?
