Ok so we know that the ms goes blind, an uchiha have to aquire a siblings pair of sharingan and implant them ,thus obtaining ems and would stop the blindness... but there is a few tings that dont make sence .

1.When sasuke awakened ms, and he decided to take itachi eyes, did sasuke take out his pair of eyes and implanted itachis eyes in his scockets ? Or did sasukes eyes merge with itachis eyes to create his ems.

2.Also how can two alsmost blind uchihas ,aka sasuke and itachi, create ems in sasuke.?

3.also how does ems realy aquire , is it only two uchihas who hav ms, do the transplant to get ems ?

Or if someone have ms, and takes someones eyes which is only a tree tome sharingan, would they obtain ems and stop the blindness ?

1. Sasuke replaced his eyes with Itachi's, and they "merge", creating the EMS.

2. That's just how it works, even if the eyes are pretty much garbage, implanting them into another Uchiha restores them.

3. You need two pairs of MS which creates the EMS. Any Uchiha can get the EMS, sibling or not. The EMS would be much weaker though compared to one who got his EMS from his/her sibling.

Sasuke got Tobi and Zetsu to implant Itachi's eyes, they removed Sasuke's and put in Itachi's, that's why it took so long for him to recover.

Sasuke and Itachi's eyes were on the verge of blindness, but they could still see. So long as light exists in their original eyes, there is hope to get the Eternal Mangekyou.

The EMS is essentially only available through direct blood relations. Eg, brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers. Cousins and distant relatives don't make the EMS. It's why Itachi's whole "You will become my new light." went on about being each others spares.

dunno if the 3t eye madara have is his orizinal (izuna's eye were transplanted to nagato after it turned into rinnegan )
or may be he got them from a dead uchiha

it's most likely his previous ms eyes .... and one of the pair was probably used for izananmi

however one thing is clear madara could awake MS from obito's eyes.

1- I've been asking that question also but then I realized it's not important to the plot and there would be no point in adding real life logic to a show where ninjas breathe fire and shit.

2- I don't understand what you mean. Obito was the one who did the surgery.

3- Yea in history only two Uchiha's have ever gotten EMS. Sasuke and Madara

I think they would achieve MS idk though

to create Eternal Sight which is EMS..

guess the bloodline relation sort of replenishes the requirements for the vision of the sharingan ..
