So haven't made one of these in awhile so.......yeah
You must be registered for see images
I'll keep myself short..
Right what you're missing is the big thing, a focal. Hence there's no clear spot on the sig where you focus your eyes upon. That's a big problem cause automatically that makes me look all over the sig searching for something that isn't there.
Focals are often guided by an extra strong lightsource or a part of the sig where it's more sharp.
It's also where the text wants to be close to. Here you've just spreaded the text all over the place. Not good.
I also see you've got problems with light overall. See the cyan-lightet up part of the render? Well.. There's no light behind him, so that reflection is impossible. Make light on renders possible by adding lightsources where needed. Use a brush.
You've also got problems with overall flow/and depth. There is no depth, no part is more blured/sharpened than the other, wich makes depth impossible. Use your sharpen/blur tool.
The flow goes along with the focal, and you have neither so you need to look on tutorials for guidance.. Check out deviantart.com, and simply search signature tutorial. They're great for beginners, and also have advanced ones when you learn the program more.
Goodluck, and don't give up!
One part that is good it the size >_O
