Getting banned twice in a week means his previous infraction points had yet not expired and considering the fact that he broke a major rule by using an alt, Hippa is probably perma banned while Prom's ban has been extended.

Very tough to say who won. The last move of Kisuke I have to take in account that it might take awhile to create a Jello dome. I feel Ghan could have jumped 20 feet and countered before that. However Kisuke would have just countered that counter. You both were pretty even. I really need more time to judge this. I can say that almost every move each player made seemed legit. First glance I might say Kisuke won but thats not my final answer. (Reading posts furiously)
