I had no idea LostEmotions was so good at sword fighting that he could cut off ones hand whilst having a sword in his mouth

His proficiency with swords was never specified so it is plausible that he could be able to do something like that. Considering his background I would think it was highly plasible.

Toshiro: *he stumbles a little, tosses his ninja sword in the air and grabs it in his mouth and continues to run then he kicks Syren in his damage leg and cuts his right arm then makes ice chains that grabs his left arm and he points his sword to his neck*

As he tosses his sword in the air, Syren switches Pettance Stare to his legs, causing Toshiro to fall. Syren then reloads his revolver in the blink of an eye and shoots Toshiro point blank as he rapidly switches Pettance Stare around Toshiro's body, cutting control of Toshiro's limbs almost simultaneously.

I am going to stop this at a stalemate and decide a winner. Here is my reasoning. @Syren, even if you do use pettance stare to stop his movements than he still put you in ice chains to restrict your movements. @LostEmotions, you're movements are stopped by his pettance stare. That is my reasoning for this to be a stalemate. I have decided that LostEmotions would be the winner if the fight was prolonged. Even though he can not move his body or have any control over his limbs he would still be able to control the ice, meaning he could put ice over Syrens eye's in order to have him not use pettance stare or just use it to wound him to the point where it would be impossible for him to react. No, it didn't. First of all, he acted quickly and made it so that I couldn't respond, so I responded anyways, canceling out the rest of the post. His chains aren't around me. Second, the gunshots in his chest are close enough to kill. And finally, since he has no idea that my ability is my eyes, he can't just ice them over. In the end, he is on the floor bleeding out with me standing over him, my gun pointed at his head.

(Hell let me make something extremely clear. I do not show favoritism towards anyone. When it comes to an RP fight regardless of who you are I judge base on what I see not who you are. Rubber is my girlfriend and if the roles were reversed in the fight and she was the one about to faint then guess what.... she lost. I would declare that she had lost. If Syren was fighting Rubber than I expect Syren to win. Not only because he can RP like a boss but because Rubber's abilities arent the same as ours. She has a completely different skill set.)
